Looks very good on a couple of American Revolutionary War lamps we had restored. A cautionary note: be careful when pressing the ends of the velcro together when sliding your finger firmly along the edge... it will cut into you. Use a the back of a spoon instead

I purchased two new lamps for our living room. I love the lamps, but didn't care for the shades that came with them, a little too plain for me. So I ordered these hibiscus lampshades (they come as a pair, and with "harps"). I couldn't be more pleased! They are just what I wanted, not too flashy, but with a bit of design. The design is stitched into the shade, not stamped on. They are more heavy duty than the shades that came with the lamps, and assemble easily, about 3 - 5 minutes each. I've shown pics with the light on and off. The price for the pair is very reasonable too! I highly recommend!
