Didn't hold up to to large dogs

These worked great few a few days, but the dogs got the better of them. The rug we used them on is at the base of the stairs. When the dogs came flying down the stairs, peeled around the corner, and pushed off on the rug, the adhesion wasn't strong enough on the rug side to keep the rug in place (the pads stayed stuck to the floor, they just wouldn't stay attached to the rug). Even with using 8 pads per small rug, it just wouldn't work. I imagine they would work great if we didn't have dogs.

I was skeptical until my daughter told me they work for her. I ordered these and they do. Finally gave me my sanity back. Dogs aren't moving the runner to the edge of the wall anymore. Looking forward to being able to vacuum the rug as it stays steady for me.
