It took me a little while to see how well this was working. I needed to finish my other D3 & probiotics. I find this Triquetra total K2 to be a very good product. It contains other things such as probiotics and superfoods, so I wou try to not take it with other superfood or probiotics. I've had zero tummy complaints, only good digestion. If you want to have many things in one product, this is a very good choice. It depends on how you want to handle the different supplements. The capsules are average size, not small, not huge. If you want a single capsule supplement, Triquetra is great. Go with other products if you want or need to have specific requirements. I like Triquetra.
