Wow! A very nice machine, that is stylish and does what it says it will do. It makes espresso, coffee, and hit water for tea. We are loving it so far. And we really like the very soft touch buttons on the screen.

For $90, this pulls a good shot of espresso, at least for lattes when you're adding a decent amount of milk. The last espresso maker I used was $800 and was definitely higher quality, but this pulls good enough espresso without paying the extra money. I pretty much exclusively use the double shot option for iced lattes.

Things I like:
1. Warms up quickly
2. Small footprint on countertop
3. Single, double and custom shot options
4. Produces a good bit if foam on top of the shot that holds when you add milk

Things I don't like:
1. you can't use the base with a regular coffee mug (even a short one), it only fits espresso cups/shot glasses. You can remove the base and fit most coffee mugs, but then there is nothing to catch the inevitable drips after you remove the mug so it makes a mess on the counter.
2. The double pulls a shot in 25 seconds every time. It doesn't matter how you pack the basket, which means you have less control over the shot that is pulled. It's hard to adjust the shot for acidity/bitterness. Fortunately, it typically produces a decent shot, especially if you have good beans.

I definitely recommend if you're looking for a mid-level espresso maker. Grab a bag of fresh roasted espresso beans from a local coffee shop if you can, your bean makes a difference!

I'm not sure why I keep having this issue with the steamer, but the customer service is great.

I contacted the seller and they sent me another machine which I very much appreciate. The new machine makes fantastic espresso shots, but it seems like the steamer has the same issue as the first machine. The steamer spits a long stream of water, and then produces a mix of steam and water.

This espresso machine seemed to work well at first, but 1.5 months after I started using it it's broken!!
The steam wand just spits water. And the espresso shots are miniscule. Amazon says they cannot take it back or refund me. The seller won't allow them to increase the return window. I messaged the seller but no response so far. I can't even find the company online to contact them. If the seller refunds me or even just accepts an exchange, I will change this review.
