I was very ready to come write a negative review but forced myself to take a step back and I'm glad I did. Let me start by saying this, it's very important you assemble this correctly.

Each box comes with a variety of pieces. The "A" vs "B" isn't what matters. It's the pieces with plastic screws vs metal ones. To make it simple, the plastic pieces go into the broom and dust pan. DO NOT try to put them into the other poles. I did that on first try and my broom couldn't stay together. As soon as I took it apart and started over it assembled extremely easily. Now the broom and dust pan are sturdy.

The dust pan when on its own doesn't stand very straight. However, once you attach the broom, it stands with no problem. It's a good length but be aware the broom itself is rather small and stiff. It works well for sweeping floors but don't expect some professional level broom.

All in all, it's probably more like 3.5 stars but I rounded up because it's honestly fine. If you put it together correctly it's a good broom.

The broom itself is a great height but the actual broom part that you sweep with is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. I bought this broom because I had boughten one prior and it was really small just to find out, this one was the same size. Love that it's made of metal though and the bristles definitely do sweep up every bit of dirt"¦ I just didn't find the size of it convenient. The dust pan is awesome though and it was very easy to assemble.

Was looking for one of these with the long broom handle, to replace the set I have with the short broom handle. When it arrived I was concerned that the bristles were too stiff to sweep the fine dust in outer back patio, but it's working fine. I like the fact that the broom fits inside dust pan for storing. The dust pan is the disappointing part. It will not stand! The handle topples over so I have to lean it against a wall or furniture so it doesn't fall to the floor. I've learned to live with it.

It's hard to get excited about something as mundane as a broom, but I'm excited about this set!
It's very lightweight and at first I thought the broom part might be to small to sweep a big area, but I love that it is a perfect size to get into places regular brooms just don't fit.
The dust pan is large and holds a lot of debris so I was able to sweep the whole house with only making one trip to the trash can to empty it.
The way the bristles sweep through the comb on the dust pan does a fantastic job with pet hair.
Also the dust pan is easy to sweep the dirt into because of the tapered front edge.
Good quality product, highly recommend.

I'm very happy with this broom and dustpan set. The broom works great at getting everything up, and even does well in corners; the dustpan stands alone with no issues, and I love the teeth! I no longer have to touch the dirty broom to pull off hairs and things, so that part is awesome!

My one and only complaint, and the only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review, is that the broom tries to come apart on me every time I'm sweeping. It comes in several pieces, and I'm really good with instructions normally, but I have to admit that the instructions weren't great as I've seen others mention in their reviews. Not a big deal though; it took an extra couple of minutes to figure out which pieces went with the broom and which went with the dustpan, but I got it together with no issues. However, every single time I use it, I can feel the pieces loosening up so I have to stop and tighten them multiple times. I had my husband, who is much stronger than I am, tighten the broom pieces for me since I thought maybe I just didn't do it tightly enough. That wasn't the case and it didn't help, as it still comes loose with each use.

I'm thinking about getting some industrial strength super glue to get the pieces to hopefully stay together but I'm worried that might cause more problems, like preventing it from screwing together completely.

Regardless, I'm happy with this purchase, and I'd still recommend it if you're considering buying. I don't know if they all do this but this has been my experience. It's a minor inconvenience but if they could figure out a way to solve this issue, it would definitely be a 5 star purchase.
