Edit: the manufacturer reached out and offered to replace or refund. I greatly appreciated this and while still using the reformer, I think it's a good buy for the price. Now giving 4 stars
For the price, this product is great compared to 2k reformer, but with cheap price comes cheap quality. Two cushion parts had a hole and torn. The metal resistance bar was bent and lastly they sent me two left sided stoppers. One does not align with the sliding table while the other does. The instructions are not well pictured or explained.

Assembly is straightforward. The product arrived quickly and damage free. The only point to consider is that the length is rather short. I'm 5'3" and it barely fits me. This is not for tall people.
As far as the apparatus goes, it's workable. It doesn't glide easily like the reformers you'd find in class, but it gets the job done for an at home reformer workout.

My machine arrived late and damaged due to Fedex, no fault of the company. They responded quickly to my concerns and rectified the problem immediately. The reformer is compact but gets the job done! I thought the bands might not be as effective as springs but it works great!

For me it is a great reformer, comfortable, easy to manipulate and adjust. In my opinion is mostly for average height people, I'm 5 ft and is great, not sure if for taller people will be that comfortable to work out.
I will give a 5 star but, I'm giving a 4 star because I wish the mat was a little thicker and the straps a bit more comfy. Also because the instructions are not that clear and video from Amazon doesn't help that much but, we were able to figure out and have it ready.
When assembling the top part, you need to remove the poles from the side and placed them as directed.
I highly recommend the reformer !!!! Good for the price.
