For sensitive people this could be too hard on your muscles. For others it's pretty solid. It could be better if there were a manual totally explaining how to use the massage gun.

You will probably never find a massageing kit like this of this quality or for this kind of price. Very pleased. Also i dropped it from 4 ft up and so it obviously wanted to not work right, but all i had to do was take the few screws out and make sure everything was still good on the inside screwed it back up an boom...fixed...it was the simplest of tasks literally took me less than 2 minutes. Think it may be indestructable. Also holds a charge very well. Be asured that i think it has a feature where if its in use fot 10 minutes or so it shuts off automatically. It does not mean the battery is dead. I will definitely purchase these massaging kits for so many people. Very pleased

Super happy with this product & especially happy with the price I paid for it. I had been looking for a good massage gun for a while now & this one does a great job. My one note about this product is that if you turn it to the strongest setting the battery does drain pretty quickly but I found that the other settings are strong enough where I don't need to be using max power. Definitely recommend!
