Best Travel Decision

Us: We have 2 toddlers and are on a family vacation on the lake. We usually would just pack our home monitors, but they were losing range ability. So, we bought 2 of these and are very satisfied with our purchase.
The product:
The picture is narrow and the camera's rotation is limited, which limits how much of the space you can see around, depending on how you angle them. However, for traveling, it's very portable and perfect for the space we are in. Clear b/w picture with great audio along with picture/audio feed. Movement and sound is easily detected as well as seen. We are on day 3 of our vacation, with about 12 different nap times and 2 nights of sitting on the back patio after our children went to sleep, and we still have 3/4 bars of battery life.
The furthest we were away from our children with the monitors was about 20ft, so I cannot attest to the strength of the range signal unfortunately. However, I have faith that in that circumstance I wouldn't be disappointed.
Simple buy, smart buy, Good buy.

This is the first baby monitor we have purchased. Set it up in our guest room where our granddaughter (3 month old) naps. Really like that we can see and hear her from other rooms in our house. It was easy to set up, plug in and charge. Highly recommend.
Crapped out after two months

Let's start with the positive.
When it worked, I liked the features, like the VOX - voice activated screen waking system that alerts you when the baby is making noises. You can adjust the sensitivity so louder or quieter sounds will wake the screen.
Also loved the feature you can change camera view through remote controlled turning and tilting of the camera.
It did however stopped working after two months for no apparent reason.
I did like the features, which is why I didn't give it one star.
Update, 9/6/23:
The seller reached out a few days after this review was posted and offered either to send a new device or give a full refund. Since I liked the product I decided to give it another chance and chose to get a new device. The power adapter I got with the new device was different from the old one so I'm guessing they had a problem with it. So far it works well.
Also, in addition to sending a new device they also decided to give a full refund, so all in all I'm also pleased with their customer service. They tried to make it right, and succeeded!

Great monitor for great value

We normally use Internet connected cameras to keep an eye on the baby, but when we're camping or not at home, we didn't have an alternative. This thing has all the features I wanted, and more. It has good, sensitive sound, able to hear the baby without being right next to the crib. The night vision works well, and has good range without much pixelation, compared to some others I've seen. The ability to move the camera, zoom in, and play lullabies directly from it were all just icing on the cake. Highly recommend for anyone in need of an inexpensive monitor with really good range.

Bought this in july for when my wife went back to work and the baby was a couple more months old and didnt use it till now and it wont work more than 15 feet away and the return window is closed. Rip me for not checking it out sooner but its kinda useless if i cant leave the room. Otherwise has good picture and sound. UPDATE seller sent replacent that is working correctly. They responded and sent replacement out quickly.
