My son is all about creating and observing little habitats. On a recent trip to Hawaii, we visited the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park where we came across a large ecosphere full of Opae Ula shrimp at the visitor's center. He was fascinated by it and wanted one for himself. He received one for Christmas. His is the small sphere. It came with 3 shrimp. Everything was as specified and exceeded our expectations. The shrimp are so fun to watch. He liked his ecosphere so much that I ordered the larger bottle for my classroom. It came and everything is just as great and there are 5 shrimp (maybe more but they won't sit still when counting). I took the bottle up to our front office and our secretary, front office staff, and visitors just love them so we now have another ecosphere on order. The ecospheres are a little pricey but overall I am very satisfied with the purchase.
