I like to 3D print PLA filament onto cardstock paper that I mount on a heated printing bed. The filament reliably sticks to the cardstock well during the printing process but releases easily when when the filament cools. I use these magnets to hold the cardstock on the printer's magnetic bed. The magnets are fairly strong for their 18mm size. I haven't had any problem with magnet breakage that others have complained about, but I'm not too rough with them. They make pretty good refrigerator magnets too.

The sticky pads seem to be working really good. The magnets are good but not as strong as I had hoped. I ended up having to use a total of 12 magnets to hang my dry erase board on the frig.
