Safety net comes loose constantly
Bobby Haussermann✓ Verified Purchase•October 7, 2023
I'm surprised there's so many great reviews for this trampoline. We've had ours for about 2 months, and the amount of times the poles fitting into the T brackets holding up the net, have fallen out is insane. The poles are extremely hard to put in but come loose easily. The trampoline I bought from Wal-Mart before this one is more sturdy. The lights stopped working within a month. It's just not a very well made product. I'm guessing it won't even last the summer.
Update: I added two more stars to my review due to the companies excellent customer service. I didn't contact the company at all about the issues with the trampoline as we were out of the return window. They contacted us themselves and fully rectified the situation without us even asking. So while I still don't love the trampoline, the customer service was really excellent.

Great exercise, even for adults

I have had this trampoline for 3 weeks now and feel like I have given it a fairly through test before this review. I love it.
I have RA and I am always looking for low impact exercise options that don't bore me. A trampoline was suggested to me for cardio health and endurance, but especially working on better balance. I'm not out here doing backflips or high jumps. I'm bouncing and "jogging" and doing squats and twists knowing that when I land I'm going to not hurt myself. It's a wonderful feeling being able to dance and bounce and move my body without excess caution. I probably look ridiculous to anyone who can see over my fence, but I don't even care. I set up a bluetooth speaker and blast my workout music and set the lights to go like it's a disco... trust me, it's a lot of fun and I look forward to my time out there.
Please be aware that, you'll probably need some help setting this up. Thankfully I had some neighbor men come over and put it together for me. I think it'd be very difficult for just one person to set up, but these three men had it set up very quickly. Also, it is easy enough for my lawnmower kid to move over in the yard when he mows, so that isn't a problem at all, like I suspected it might be. I have the 12ft one, it's a good size, not excessively large like some others I've seen in my neighborhood, it's just pretty perfect. It tucks nicely next to my deck and patio area. We've had rain three times since I set this up and can confirm no damage from that. We'll see what happens when the snow comes and if it's bad I'll edit the review, but I think it's going to be fine. I feel like I've looked this over fairly well and all the essential components seem to be of a high quality.
My kids and grandkids have been over to try it out and they are delighted to have a trampoline in their Bubbe's yard. They were kept busy for a long time, laughed a lot and were worn out afterward which their parents appreciated. My daughter in law has even allowed her toddler in there after she inspected the net and decided it would be safe for him. I assured her that I had banged against it myself more than once by accident and it had kept me safe, so for sure it would not give way on a small boy. I also love the way the net supports bow away from the net so when I do fall against the sides, I don't get bruised from the poles, this is a great feature for me. The kids added my mid sized stability ball to their trampoline play and left it out there when they left, so on a whim I decided to add it to my routine too for some low impact upper body work.
My conclusions... Don't be afraid to buy this as an adult who needs some exercise or if you're bored with your current routine. This is not just for kids even though they love it too. I've found it to be safe and fun and easy to use. There are several You Tube videos for large trampoline workouts aimed at adults with limited motion or based on low bounces or low impact as well as more aggressive workouts for able bodied adults. You have to add large trampoline to your search parameters or you'll just get rebounder results. Start slow and low bounces to avoid injury if you have issues, but I found I could fairly quickly add some moves with the music. I'm happy.

EXCELLENT Customer Service AND Product!

We bought this for a Christmas present for our kids last year (2022). It went together easy and LOVE how it isn't too terribly high! We have a 4 year old who fell off our last trampoline so we were hesitant to purchase another but the reviews on this particular one stood out. The trampoline has been a great addition to our backyard play area for our kids!
When a "T" bracket for the netting managed to come undone by my rambunctious children and proceeded to be chewed on by our puppy, I reached out to Customer service about possibly ordering a replacement part (as well as a net since said puppy jumped on that as well!) The representatives were quick with their response, personable, and excellent all around with helping us! We received our parts within a week of messaging them and they even followed up to insure we received the items and were happy or needed anything else! I have NEVER had a company follow back up with me after the transaction was completed like that!
It's rare you find a quality product, it's even more rare to find a product that is backed with incredible customer service!

Kids love the lights

My Kids really wanted a Trampoline, so I really wanted to find a fun and good one. I knew it would take several hours to put together, because it's a trampoline, but the only parts that wasn't clear or helpful on the instructions was putting the LED lights on the top net, because it wasn't up yet so it was hard to tighten all the way and see how they would hang. Plus, my kids wanted them on the inside not the outside so they could see them, but once I had it put together the lights weren't exactly where I wanted them. Also, connecting the net to the trampoline with the rope seemed weird since there were more holes in the net then in the tramp for the rope and it wasn't clear in the instructions if I was suppose to skip the extra hole or still lope the rope through them??.
I am glad that they said that the battery pack wasn't waterproof, so suggested putting it in a waterproof bag or something, but it's too big to use the zip ties to secure it to the tramp pole, like it says to do.
Overall, it seems to work well and my kids like it. We'll see if it last as long.

Great trampoline and great seller to work with!

We ordered this on Prime Day, and the delivery was very delayed due to FedEx not informing either the seller or buyer that our package had been damaged. When I reached out to the seller the week of my daughter's birthday party concerned that it wouldn't get here in time, they immediately rush shipped us a replacement, and even included the sprinkler attachment that was not in our original order. It got here in plenty of time for the party, and our kids LOVE it! The sprinkler ended up being perfect for the hot Arkansas summer day.
My husband said the assembly instructions were good. It did take about 4 hours for him to set up, he said it would have been a lot easier with two people. I love all the safety features - hidden springs, zipper and buckles to completely close the safety net, removable ladder so you can limit access by little kids when you can't be right there to supervise them.
Very happy with our first trampoline purchase and looking forward to enjoying it for many years!
