This sleeping pad with bag is nice and big. It may fit two adults, but probably more likely, two young adults or children will find it more comfortable. With two adults on it, there really isn't much room.
It is not what I would call "Self Inflating." I've seen this term thrown around for other sleeping pads with the built in foot pump. If you have to inflate it, it is not, in my opinion, self-inflating. There are self-inflating mattresses, and with them, you unroll, open the plug, and they inflate by themselves (you may have to add a little air, but you typically do not have to do any manual labor). Self-inflating seems to mean you can inflate it without a pump. I say this only because someone may look at the description and think they are ordering a mattress that truly self-inflates, and may be disappointed to learn that they have to pump it full of air.
The big issue I have with this sleeping pad, and the reason it is not 5 stars, is because it is still thin. It says in the listing that it is 4 inches thick, which is thicker than a lot of inflatable sleeping pads, but when I crawled onto it to lay down, my hand pushed all the way to the ground, as did my knees. However, once i was laying down, it was wonderful, and I could not feel the ground. It does give a good amount of support when your entire body is on it.
The pump did not work as well as other pads with foot pumps that I have, and I gave up using it and just filled the mattress from one of the valves for deflating it.
On the plus side, and the reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 3, is the pillows - wonderful addition; the emergency blanket - nice touch; two valves for deflating - helps to deflate it faster and to get rid of the air while rolling it up; two straps to hold after rolling it up; the carrying bag; and the size - larger than single pads! This is, overall, a very good sleeping pad. I'm just not sure it is worth the price ($79.99 was the listed price when I ordered it), but all of the extras are really nice and do set this apart from other air mattresses. I guess the higher than average price may be because of the material, which seems of very high quality. So, I guess you get what you pay for! Some of the less expensive double sized air mattresses have pretty poor reviews.
I do recommend this sleeping pad for campers looking for a double sized air mattress.

Self-inflating feature is great

As someone who loves camping and spending time in the great outdoors, I was excited to try out the MA Shop Double Sleeping Bag Pad for Camping.
The first thing I noticed about this sleeping pad is how easy it was to set up. The self-inflating feature was a game-changer, as I didn't have to spend any time manually inflating the pad. All I had to do was unroll it and let it do its thing. It inflated quickly and to the perfect level of firmness for a comfortable night's sleep.
The double sleeping bag pad was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two people, without feeling cramped or crowded. It was also well-insulated, which kept us warm throughout the night, even on chilly nights. I particularly appreciated how well it kept the cold ground from seeping into the pad, which is always a problem with traditional sleeping pads.
Another great feature of the MA Shop Double Sleeping Bag Pad for Camping is its portability. It comes with a compact carrying case that makes it easy to transport and store when not in use. This is perfect for camping trips or road trips, where space is limited and you need to pack efficiently.
Overall, I would recommend the MA Shop Double Sleeping Bag Pad for Camping to anyone looking for a comfortable, easy-to-use sleeping pad that is suitable for two people. Its self-inflating feature, insulation, and portability make it a great investment for anyone who loves spending time in the great outdoors.

Self-Inflating? No. But It's Still a Very Nice Inflatable Mattress.

Don't let the product title fool you. This is not a self-inflating air mattress. You have to manually pump it using the integrated foot pump. They claim it takes 45 seconds to inflate. I think their stopwatch was broken! It took me a good 4 minutes of pumping to get enough air in it to make it firm enough to lie on. On the plus side, you get a great leg workout!
Once inflated, it does provide nice comfort for two people. I wish it were a little bit wider, but I'm not complaining. Deflating is simple. Open the valves, press the air out, fold up, and keep rolling to release any trapped air. It easily folded back up to its original size, so slipping it into the included case was simple. I'm slightly concerned about the fabric's durability. It's not very thick. I have a single pad that is made of a much stronger material. I won't be using this on the ground, so worrying about punctures is not a major concern of mine. I intend to use it as a mattress in my rooftop tent.
The two blow-up pillows it came with are awesome! I took less than 2 full breaths to inflate! Super comfortable too. The thermal blanket it comes with is a nice touch.
Overall, I really like this mattress. Remember that you either need to pump this with your foot for 4-5 minutes or use an electric pump to inflate it. I think I'm going to use a pump next time!

Nice Double Mattress Pad with working (but slow) foot pump!

This is a pretty compact, relatively lightweight double mattress pad for camping or backpacking. It's got a built-in foot pump that can be used to inflate if there is no access to an electric inflation device of some kind. It actually works, though it takes a while to actually inflate. The foot pump is a little tricky to figure out, but basically, there is a corner of the mattress that looks different than the rest, with a valve - you open the first part of the valve and step on the pump with your foot over the open valve hole. The pump is some sort of sponge-like device which sucks in air when you lift your foot and then pushes it into the rest of the mattress when you step on it (and cover the hole with your foot). It took me about 8 minutes to pump up the mattress - at first it didn't seem like it was working but eventually it filled up.
The mattress itself seems fine. I can't speak to its longevity or insulating qualities, cause I've only used it once indoors, but it is quite comfortable to lay on once inflated, distributing air well throughout the mattress. As a double-mattress, this could be used for two people in a small tent (e.g. sharing a small 2p backpacking tent), so even though it weighs 4 pounds (more than your average sleeping pad) it does pack up quite compactly as shown and would avoid the need to carry two sleeping pads.
I look forward to trying this out on my next camping trip. It's a lot less space-consuming than the large air mattresses that are common, both when packed up and when inflated, and the foot pump means that I don't have to worry about bring an air inflator or not having power on a camping site.

Comfortable and a good size even for me at 6'1"

It's comfortable, holds air good and over all nice. However. The weird built in air pump bag is about as cheesy as it gets. I gave up after about 15 min of using it and used a battery powered pump. I don't know if it did it wrong or right or what. But I think my leg would have fallen off before it was aired up. But otherwise it's pretty nice. Me & 2 140lb dogs for on it and it didn't puncture and held air all weekend.
