I took these to a football game last night when the temperature was 95 degrees. It was miserable! These little ice packs were amazing. I moved it from one side of my neck to the other. Just holding it in my hand gave some relief. Even gave one to a lady next to us who was red faced with wet hair. She loved it! They last about 15 to 20 minutes. It is sure worth the cost when you're about to have a heat stroke. I definitely will keep them in my bag for future use!
