You get 4 different cutters for $20, they feel strong and durable, seems to be able to cut thru anything (reasonable). I am happy with the quality and the cost. Not the best packaging, yet I think it is sufficient to protect these tools against themselves in transit. These tools werent boutique items, they are rough use tools, and they are built as such.
