Incredible steam power

I unpacked this today. True to the marketing, the steam was at 265° in under a minute. It didn't drip and sputter at all. I have used a hand held steamer and separate floor steamer. I had no idea how pitiful they were until this machine erased every trace of small area on the stainless steel cooktop of a gas range. It took 10 seconds to wipe away a speckled burnt on stain that I have used every product available. Once that was clean, I did the backsplash tile and grout. Then the fronts tops of overhead cabinets. In fifteen minutes I deep cleaned 1/4 of my kitchen. It's a keeper.

This steamer is great for deep cleaning floors. I wouldn't suggest you use it often on laminate flooring as it can cause the last to get warped. Tiled floors and cleaning the kitchen is perfect. It heats fast and cleans just as fast. It has a lot of attachments. Great for crunchy moms that don't want to use a lot of chemicals in their homes. I'm a natural cleaner myself but still use a little bit of cleaning products but this product cuts way back on how much cleaner you need to use if any at all.
Steam is hard to control. Gloves help but can burn hands

Fantastic steam cleaner. Did 2 recliners, a large couch (8 cushions), 2 ceramic tile floors in less than a day. Everything came out beautifully.
Pros: First steam within a minute. Add water anytime. Massive hard blast.
Cons: Hose and cord a little clunky to deal with. Minor detail for sure.
Hints: Use distilled water. Use a small fan to clear steam for better vision on floors. Triangle brush with cloth bonnet for upholstery. If you put the wand down for awhile then want to resume work, blast into a shower, tub or a bucket first - a small amount of water will shoot out with the steam. Wet steam worked best on grout (no brush was used, bath towels to wipe up occasionally), dry steam was best for the couch and recliners. A box fan dried furniture much faster.
