Great ladder, but I'm annoyed that the dimensions listed are misleading.
Listing says 18.1"W - but it's at least 19" wide at its widest point.
Listing also claims this weighs only 9.9 lbs. By my accurate digital scale it is 13.0 lbs.
Finally - the listing should include a "collapsed" Length, but does not. I measure the collapsed length to be about 26.5".
The unit I received seems to be pretty high quality, doesn't sag too much (but does sag some), and the mechanisms seem to work great. Aside from the misleading dimensions, my main complaint is that it's kinda bulky at 19"W x 26.5"L x 2-3/4"D.

Fast shipper, arrived 2 days early. We paid extra for the pro series with the wider steps. It was much heavier & sturdier than expected. Not sure if husband is going to like the wider steps because they are not a flat design. The standard would probably have worked for our usage, but better safe than sorry, and this seems very safe. Easy to use and stores away so neatly & compactly. Will definitely recommend to friends & family.

Perfect for getting in and out of those small square attic access entries you usually find in the closet inside a house. Seems like all sections have to be extended out to the max height before any of them will lock in. I got the 10' version. I have to use all 10' or none. If you can just extended it to, say 5', and use it, I haven't figured it out. It's either all or none. Still a handy ladders.
