Overall not a bad grinder, I'm pleased with it! It grinds reasonably evenly, certainly better than a cheap pulse grinder, but not as even as a professional grade grinder.
There are some warnings in the instructions about not using the grinder for too long due to overheating but I haven't had any issues with that. For context I grind enough coffee for a full 12 cup pot.
My biggest complaint is that this grinder creates an insane amount of statistic electricity and therefore is very messy. Some statistic electricity is normal but this just seemed almost ridiculous. However the easy work around for this is to add 2-3 drops of water to the beans before you grind them (I put them in my coffee cup and stir it with my spoon for even distribution). It completely fixes the statistic electricity and messiness is brought down to a "normal" level. See the picture attached.

Does not grind "Expresso fine". And after Customer Service reached out, now it does.

See update below dated August 14, 2023: The grind selector has a Fine setting that is Medium at best. The selector knob must be held in place or it backs itself off. Generates enough static to power an electric car, ok, that is a slight exaggeration, but grounds build up in the receptacle lid. I am, admittedly, a coffee snob, I like it strong. I have had to increase the amount of coffee by 25%. I run the coffee through 3 times but due to the burrs I suspect that the second and third grinds are probably pointless. Very disappointing.
August 24, 2023 Update: After the review above, I was contacted by Tiffany, customer service. She arranged to send me a new grinder. I received it a couple of days ago and have made drip coffee, Expresso, and used my French Press. The new grinder works as advertised. I am pleased with its performance.

Cup indicator is useless

Product has a nice look and size. It grinds coffee, though I didn't check for coarseness by changing the grind.
However one of the main features I wanted was the ability to put my brand in the hopper, set the number of cups, and have the right amount of beans ground. It did not do this, it grinds as many beans as you have in the hopper.
I thought that I had a lemon so I exchanged it for another. The same thing happened.
I will be returning the replacement as well.
Update: I received an email from the company apologizing for my inconvenience and offering a full refund. As I had already returned the grinder and bought a different brand I passed on the refund and mentioned that they should update the instructions to indicate the the cup measure does not work. They responded that they would pass the information to the relevant departments and offered me a $20 gift card and would appreciate an updated review which I am doing here and increasing the stars from 3 to 4 for their excellent customer service.

Takes Some Getting Used To But A Great Product

This really does it all & has so many settings to make whatever your preferred coffee is. I recently started brewing my own Cold Brew to save money & this has been so helpful. Figuring out the settings took some getting used to but you get used to it. Cleaning the grinder and machine is a little tough but overall, it's worth getting!
