Very nice alternative to the Microsoft-branded sticks / paddles

I ordered these because I recently purchased the XBox Elite Series 2 Core controller which doesn't come with the paddles or thumbsticks. I am very impressed with every piece of this kit. At a glance and during usage I can find absolutely no difference between the stock Microsoft sticks and the sticks that come with this kit. They are pretty much identical in quality, look, and feel; even the rubberized texture is identical. The only difference I could find up close with a flashlight were that the metal for these is just a little darker in color. The D-pad replacements are identical in form and function compared to the stock D-pad and I really like the black coloring which gives some nice aesthetically pleasing contrast against the white face of Elite Core controller.
The paddles themselves are slightly smaller in comparison to the stock paddles which is not a bad thing at all (see attached paddle image for comparison). One thing that has always annoyed me with the standard Elite controller paddles in the past is that I always seem to accidentally hit them sometimes, especially if I used all four paddles so I would often only use 2 of them. The paddles that come with this kit are smaller and I find that I have a lot fewer unintentional paddle hits, even with all four attached.
Overall these are a great lower-cost alternative to the Microsoft kit. Highly recommended!

This accessory pack is really amazing! My son got a new xbox pro controller for Christmas and as with all kids they like to customize their stuff. This accessory pack lets him change out just about everything on his controller. I love the magnetized pieces. They just pop on and hold really nicely.
