I just started a low carb diet and this bread is delicious! It toasts wonderfully, the smell is pretty spot on. I've only tried a few other low carb breads but I've found the lack of yeast/sugar makes them smell funny. It's more pricey than Franz keto bread but it's worth it in my opinion.
