Customer support saw my question and responded within just a few hours. (I'd nearly missed the assembly instructions, which had gotten attached to a piece of the styrofoam packaging.) Refreshingly, it wasn't a plea to review "” just a relatively prompt message with the appropriate attachment.
The printer stand is truly one of the easier pieces of furniture I've assembled. The instructions are actually clear & well-written. As with anything produced this way, some things don't seem like they're absolutely perfectly aligned, but nothing became a headache or impediment to assembly.
The metal frame is quite sturdy, and just what I need for my ~50lb canon printer. The toner fits on the middle shelf perfectly, and a shredder on the bottom shelf.
As another reviewer observed, the casters are extremely cheap. They did the trick for rolling the stand, printer and all, across a thick "˜70s-era carpet a couple of times as I arranged the room, but I wouldn't want to rely on them too much.

This printer stand is excellent and just what I was looking for. My old one was very shaky and needed replacement after purchasing my new printer. This stand is very heavy duty as my printer is not one of the small ones and what I LOVE is the fact that the shelves are supported on all sides with the steel pieces so they will not collapse in the future. As you see in my picture, the shelves are large and you have plenty of space for items. I just have a few but they could hold a lot more. You will be very happy with this purchase and I am actually thinking of purchasing another one to replace the shelving piece I have on the other side of my desk. The only frustrating part for me was putting it together as the instructions only would show pictures and no written detail and I was very disappointed it took me longer than it should have to put together but they supply ALL needed items and even give you extra screw in each labeled bag which that never happens either so I am very pleased!!! The instructions is my only frustration with this....lol and I am not good with stuff like that anyway
