This equipment is great for toning your arms. You do feel the burn. An added side effect is that your grip strength is increased. Nice to use when watching TV or when you don't have the time to go to the gym. I wish it could be used to pull, not just push.. that would give it 5 stars.

There was nothing in the box that suggested how it might be used, and I found nothing of use on YouTube. But, all stars for the build, structure, manufacture, and design.
