My husband has Alzheimer's and struggled with the mask & snorkel I bought him, so I decided to try the full face mask/snorkel combo. We tested it in the pool and he did great! The biggest problem was taking the snorkel off to pack the mask for our cruise. I followed the instructions over and over and couldn't get it off. I thought I was going to break it! So I watched a google video and was able to get it off and it didn't break! I was able to do the same on the cruise - the mask worked great!

I have a little head-so it is hard to fit face masks for me; they often leak on the sides.
I got the small and it is a dream!
I love the quick release on the straps, it is a little tricky to get it aligned correctly if you use it to put it on-it is almost easier to just put the whole thing over your head like the old designs.
I had some problems with the first mask I ordered from this company (also a V3) and they immediately emailed me and helped me determine if it was a fluke and I should return or if it was something they could remedy.
Great customer service, fabulous face mask.
FYI-if you are a "diver" I do not think the face masks lend themselves to this (they never have in the past, maybe the technology is changing). However, I think if you want to dive down 3-6 feet to have a closer look, you will need to do the old fashioned eye/nose mask and mouth tube snorkel.

This is a great mask. The expense for this item is definitely worth every dollar. The less expensive masks do not allow a person to get full breaths of air. I was struggling with the other mask I had bought. I did some research and discovered some of these cheaper masks were to blame for drowning deaths and were banned in several locations including Hawaii. This mask is one of the top rated in reviews from scuba pros. I have been using it now for several weeks and have been absolutely blown away at the difference. I am never out of breath. I never struggle to fill my lungs with air on each breath. I am now swimming without difficulty. I have increased my distance from a few laps to nearly a mile 4x per week.
Watch the video on how to wear the mask and get a good seal. It is a bit different from other masks. It is not hard to figure out you just need to watch the video and follow the instructions. This is why I gave a 4-star rating on the "ease of use" portion.
