I use this every day in place of my gas stove, and easily make delicious hot meals without fuss or worry. The glass cover is still intact and durable. The honeycomb pattern on the bottom of pan makes scrambled eggs slightly stick. The pan definitely does not heat evenly, there are spots hotter than the rest, though not significant enough to hinder your dish. The power cord and wall plug becomes heated when temperature is at higher settings. Lastly, the temperature controller would benefit if it where equipped with a more secure latching mechanism. I don't expect this appliance to last the entire year under its daily usage. If used for holidays and special occasions, I see no reason it wouldn't last for many years.

Heats up fast, works good and is easy to clean. So it functions properly and my only complaint is that it slides around on the countertop too much because there are no rubber feet on the little plastic legs. Not a huge deal because I had a non slip rubber mat to put under mine but some rubber feet on the legs of this skillet would be a good addition.

I wanted a small skillet that was just right for one, sometimes two, people. This is the one! I made some homemade taquitos/rolled tacos in this and was so happy with the results. It is just the perfect size to make 5-6 rolled tacos at a time. It heats up evenly and quickly. I love being able to control the temperature with the easy to read dial.
My favorite part though is the easy clean up. Because this is a smaller, lighter unit, draining grease is so simple. I can pick this up and drain it with no struggles. It looks brand new after each use because of this easy clean up. The manual says it is dishwasher safe, but I have only hand washed it after each use.
I have also browned ground beef (mince) with ease. It held one pound of beef with no problems. I will never again use my skillet on the stove top; this skillet is so much nicer and easier to use. I find because it heats up so quickly, and I can control the temperature, food cooks quicker which helps to keep the kitchen cooler and not cost as much to use. I should add, the glass lid is strong, secure and fits tightly.
This really is a fantastic little skillet. I cannot recommend it enough.

It's storable and easy to clean. Cooks eggs like a champ and I have also stir fried in it. Two issues are that the prong on the plug gets very hot and it's thin metal so there is a hot ring in the center of the pan. I use it every day however. Lid is sturdy and I think that it was a great value for the money.
This electric pan is all that!

I love everything about this electric pan, and I mean everything. First of all it's extremely large, larger than I anticipated but it's a large beauty. I was able to fry up a bag and a half of fish in less the time if I used two pa s on the stove. A breeze cleaning it. Just buy this pan and be happy!!
