I don't drink much soda or caffeine anymore, these bad boys have 200mg each. I made the mistake of having 2, one at 3pm and one nd 5 pm, my whole night was a heart racing panic attack. Again this is just me, if you drink energy drinks or coffee regularly, you probsbly won't experience this reaction at all.

Flavor is far and away better than the Blue Razz - didn't test any other flavor , so way to judge with others. But having tasted the Blue Razz , Straw/Watermelon wins hands down.
