I work for a program and we needed a device that did a lot more than GPS locate. When I found this product, I called the number and the guy Rob helped me through everything, he was absolutely amazing. He always picked up my call from start to finish. He shipped the product out for me right away so I could get it faster, he set up the appointment for me to get it installed, he coordinated with the people installing to ensure the device was working, he talked me through setting up the account and how to use the app and website. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I received, I will be using them and this device whenever I need this. As for the devices, the tracking is so so precise, I was shocked, the ability to use the kill switch and take control of whether the vehicle can be turned on or not, regardless of the person having the key, is so important and it does it safely. All the other functions, such as, setting a max speed that they can't go over that, a geolocation so they have parameters to where they can drive, it is in-depth, easy, and everything I needed. Again, I work for a mental health program, safety, ease, and ensuring my student can be adults but we still have the control needed to ensure safe decisions, this device is perfect.

Been using this product for a while now, The app is pretty user friendly and the module is fairly easy for the most part to get set up. If you have any questions getting set up or issues, their tech support team is top notch and will help you troubleshoot. If you are looking for a tracker or kill switch, this is your go to product!!

This is a long one, but bare with me. Installed by me on day one. Simple as it gets. The instructions aren't crystal clear, but here goes. There's 4 wires with the main unit. Red-constant 12v supply(+), yellow- ground trigger for remote shut off relay, black-ground supply(-), and orange-goes to something that is ONLY on when the ignition is on. Red, orange, and black can all be easily connected to radio wiring. Mine came with a NC (normally closed) relay that had 4 wires also. If you're gonna make it interfere with the starter, cut the starter wire under the dash somewhere easy (relatively) to get to. Hook one green (pick one, doesn't matter) and the white wire to the steering wheel side of the cut wire. White is the 12+ for the relay. Hook the other green to the engine side of the cut wire. Then hook the remaining yellow wire from the relay and the yellow wire from the main unit together. Yellow wire is the negative side of the relay, and the main unit sends a negative (ground) when triggered. Wiring is finished. The only issue I had was the IMEI number. I couldn't find it and called Trackhawk. Amazon covers the IMEI sticker with another one. Very carefully peel the little sticker off of the back of the box and you'll find it. There is an IMEI number on the back of the main unit, but mine was almost illegible. Other than that, this tracks and updates within seconds, and the Killswitch doesn't take but a few seconds to engage. I will update if any of that changes later. No update, no problems.
