Nice Addition To My Fitness Regimen

I've been using Ghost in my fitness routine between biking and weight training and it has been a nice addition and seems to be working. I sometimes use it pre-workout and other times post-workout and so far I'm happy with the results I'm seeing, and muscle recovery seems to be improved.
As far as the taste, when you mix it up it smells like mango, it has a slight mango taste, but to me it taste more like pink grapefruit, it does taste pretty good. I have tried this in a glass and my personal blender, and the blender works better because you can give it a blend between drinks to mix up whatever settles at the bottom. I have not experienced any digestive issues or any other side effects.
