I'm not sure what I should be feeling with this. I got it because I have many symptoms similar to long-covid (although not covid related) and have read this product has helped people recovery energy and function. I've not really seen any changes with it. It tastes fine and dissolves well.
Causes Dehydration And Constipation

This might be TMI but be careful while using this because it causes major dehydration and constipation. At least for me this was the case The first day I used it. However after a couple of uses I realized if I drank a lot of water it helped alot for both mentioned issues. So, if your using BE SURE to drink TONS OF WATER to ease further symptoms. On another note, the consistency of this creatine is very grainy and although it has no flavor, the graininess of it causes it to be distasteful and very unpleasant. I mix it with just water and it was not very good. Nonetheless, I do believe it works good and after using for about 2 weeks I do already see a difference in my body. I finally see the gains from working out. With that said I do believe it works. If you can get past the above mentioned issues then I believe this creatine is GREAT. Not to mention, you get a decent amount of powder for what you pay. A little goes a long way. Hope this helps!

I usually just put it in water and add a few drops of stevia flavor enhancer. When you reach the end of your drink, the bottom isn't filled with grit. I definitely get a more energized and powerful workout when I use this. The best part is I recover faster on days that I drink this than on days I don't.
