I've had this one for over a year, and got a great deal on it last prime day. I absolutely loved it, and it worked and held a charge great. Unfortunately, it fell out of my under sink cabinet onto my bathroom rug (8 inches off the ground), and the plastic floss attachment broke off right at the insert neck. I tried every tool I could fit in there to get out the broken piece left inside, but the plastic just keeps shredding off when I try to grab it. So don't be a me, and let it fall over with an attachment on it!!!

This is my first time trying a water flosser and so far I like it. It is a convenient size and it is wireless which is also convenient for me. I use floss and this and it works to get any other junk out.
The only thing I do not like is how close the power button and the intensity button are. Sometimes I tend to increase the intensity when I mean to power off the flosser and then I end up making a mess. Not a big deal though, I will learn to get used to how it works.

This is not intended to replace flossing. I floss, use this item, and use a Sonicare when I have time. Otherwise I just use floss picks and brush. After flossing, I really do believe this "water flosser" gets some gunk out of my gums that flossing leaves behind. And it feels great, not sure how sensitive of gums people have but I had no issue on any setting.
Note: the water reservoir is small. I refill it at least once to get everything. This might make you choose another brand with a larger tank that isn't cordless. Personally, not a big deal since I'm using this mostly at night so my morning morning routine isn't longer.

works super well, the lowest setting is gentle, easy to use and get used to, a pretty pink color, doesn't leak, convinced my mom to buy her own. it's a little big, too big for traveling unless you really need to, so I ended up getting another one that is meant for travel that I like but not as much as this one. definitely worth trying for the low price!
