The first shipment of dough arrived thawed ... I threw it in the freezer then read the accompanying literature, which stated do not refreeze. A few days later I called Poco Bero and the gentleman was most accommodating, he explained why not to refreeze and offered to send another box with extra ice. He was so nice I ordered their pizza oven wood also. The photo is the first pizza made with the Poco Bero dough and our first venture with the new wood burning pizza oven. Will NEVER buy a pizza again - it was absolutely delicious!! Thank you Poco Bero for your kindness!
