This climber is worth the money. I have been using it every day since I got it, which is now going on the beginning of 2 weeks, and I can already feel and see the difference. I am loosing inches and I have so much energy now. It truly does work. You will be out of breath in the first minute LOL so take it easy, start slowly and just build up to it .. it took my son about 45 minutes to put it together. It's sturdy too. It's a great climber for the money. Very affordable.

This works well to firm core and legs. It is however really loud. I personally would rather have a loud machine that costs less and works the same as one that is quieter and costs more.

Overall it's a great piece of equipment, serves it's purpose of giving a great cardio workout. I find the gears or chains to be a little loud, the position of the step/time counter is in an useless position because you can't look at it while you're climbing. Other than that I like it. It's like a stairmaster that uses your own weight.
