Matchbox Action Drivers Construction Playset with Lights and Sounds, 20"-Tall Mega Crane. While being a bit more expensive than earlier Action Drivers Playsets, I think it was worth the price. Due to its size, its play area, and that it is both a "construction set" but also a multi-level parking garage, it is like getting two playsets in one. The color set of instructions is easy to follow, and each piece is letter coded, so there shouldn't be an issue during construction. The instructions also guide the various ways one can play with this set. This playset can be given as a stand-alone gift. But building it before giving it as a gift is strongly recommended. It does come with lights and sound and one construction vehicle. Note:

Personally, I think Hot Wheels just recycles ideas. Nearly everything they make is based of off a parking garage with a slight twist added to it. The parking garage portion function exactly like all the other parking garages they sell. My son really likes the crane portion and I think this one is a little more fun than some of the other variations. My son really likes this set. He's been playing with it for hours. I'd say it's a win.
