I wish I'd had these when I was doing some design work on my new home ... they sure would have been better than the graph paper and cardboard cutouts that I used! I'm not a trained architect or designer - just a kind of talented amateur - so I would have appreciated some instructions. But if you have training you'll be good to go!

There's a bit of duplication with the beds, but overall a very complete set. It would've been nice to have some human figures and more landscaping. These are slightly thinner than my old templates, but are still very sturdy. Worth it for the toilet profile views alone!

I have expensive software to design things but I have not mastered it and still like to do it by hand. I am about to build a shop and this will help me get everything laid out. These will also help when I remodel rooms down the road. They are the same scale as the graph paper I use so that is perfect.

These are great stencils for diy designers or contractors. They help you give a quick layout to clients or redesign your own space. I can see that they could be a big hit with planner keepers as well.
I was disappointed to see that only one of the templates had 3 ring bidder holes. The other two will have to be kept in a folder or something else of that nature.

For the price, these are fine. They are pretty thin. If you plan on doing this everyday you might want something sturdier. If you are using just to see how your furniture will fit in a possible home, or for fun to design they are great.
