Fits as advertised. The gasket makes it stand off about 1/8th inch. Added RTX just in case.
The gage was about 10 degrees off, but was very east to adjust. Used a Thermopolis in boiling water and set the gage to match. Very easy ro see from a distance.

Arrived on time and I set out to test the accuracy immediately; put a pot of water on the stove and boiled it, then placed the sensor end into the boiling water. I let it be in contact with the well boiling water for over 5 minutes, just to make sure. This (And most) thermometer don't have "exact" markings for boiling water, but the 10 degree F small scale was close enough, and when you're cooking in the 300-600 F range, a 5-10 degree F variance isn't going to cause much of an issue at all. I did not need to adjust the screw on the backside of the gauge since it was accurate already, but it's nice to know I have that option.
