I found that all the seeds germinate quickly, with the initial soak of 1 tbsp hydrogen peroxide to a cup of filtered water. Like that it is non GMO, grown in USA, end product is very tasty, and I don't like broccoli, but sprouts I absolutely love added to salad or a burger, or just taken alone or with a drizzle of Italian salad dressing and apple cider vinegar. Really aids my overall digestion during any meal, but primarily using for the sulfurophane benefit.

I think this product is a bit highly priced for the amount of seeds however if you follow directions (simple), you will have excellent sprouts from these seeds.. good youtube videos also telling the most effective ways to grow these...

I agree with everyone saying they are easy, healthy and taste good. No one is describing the flavor so I will. It is a pleasant, mild radish taste. I am used to alfalfa sprouts and to me, those don't have much distinct taste, but these do. I tried them in a smoothie and probably won't do that again as I like my smoothies to have more of a fruity flavor, but they are great in savory dishes.
