Useless melted stuck together inside packaging

I ordered the rainbow key covers I thought they were beautiful and would keep my keys dust free. Instead I found it was glued to itself because it was folded in half and shoved in a small bag. The summer heat melted it and when you unfold it it rips and makes the keys misshapen....its nice in theory but utterly useless sadly I will have to ask for refund.
EDITED : PLEASE NOTE: The seller reached out to me to offer a refund for the damaged/defective product. I altered my review from 1 star to 4 stars for this reason. I am not going to reorder at this time. I may consider trying again when it is not summer. With the temps being 100 degrees plus this product obviously does not ship well in the heat. It is an outcome that I could not predict. The item is folded in half and shoved in a clear ziploc style bag. Perhaps if they put a peace of tissue paper or any paper between the two halves it would not stick together. I understand them wanting to save shipping costs but it would save money and aggravation with the one packaging change. The item is nice enough if you can manage to get one that is not melted/glued together... in theory it looks like a really useful item. I hope to have better luck in the future.
