Quit working, was replaced by qeesun, new one works well

This turned into an ordeal. it was working fine initially. Then after about a month and a half, the HDMI 2 and all USBs quit working. HDMI 1 still worked, so there's that I guess. No amount of switching of cables would resolve the issue, nor would using external power. Direct connections worked, going through the KVM switch wouldn't. Of course it quit after the 30 day return window closed.
After writing an initial bad review, qeesun contacted me and requested to make it right, which they did. They sent me a new KVM switch free of charge. Everything was working but one HDMI that used a USB-C adapter. They sent me a new adapter for free, which worked. The previous one worked directly from Mac to monitor, but not going through the KVM. The new one that worked through the KVM was 8K. This was initially frustrating, but they backed up their product and made it right, so kudos to them.
After writing an initial bad review, qeesun contacted me and requested to make it right, which they did. They sent me a new KVM switch free of charge. The seller reached out to me and offered to send an updated model. I did not expect this at all, so I was most grateful to accept. They kept in good communication with me throughout the process (even when I got a bit buried by life and didn't respond as quickly as I should have). The new model is working well so far. Of course, I'll give an update should that change. Again, great effort on the seller's part to support their sale after the fact and very good communication.
I upped my review to four stars as I have a working product and the seller was very impressive in their efforts to make things right.

I purchased this in March and it worked great until June when one of my monitors would randomly cut out and come back in. Today, I unplugged everything at my desk due to a cable management project. After reattaching everything I found that the upper monitor output port stopped working altogether.
I guess it was like getting roughly a dollar per day of utilization but I'm pretty disappointed. As others have commented, it's probably best to spend a bit more to get a more reliable product/brand.
The seller reached out to me and offered to send an updated model. I did not expect this at all, so I was most grateful to accept. They kept in good communication with me throughout the process (even when I got a bit buried by life and didn't respond as quickly as I should have). The new model is working well so far. TLDR, it broke.
Initially, the KVM seemed to perform as advertised. The external button was convenient so I could hide the box under the desk with the rest of my wires. Switching monitors took about 5 sec, but that's about average for the KVMs I've owned. On the whole, it was what I expected and appeared worth the money.
Before purchase, I read other reviews saying that their HDMI ports flaked out soon after purchase but figured that those units were probably from a bad batch that was removed from circulation or that they were random failures that plague all hardware. Now I wish I had listened to those reviews because just one and a half months after I received the KVM, the bottom left HDMI port no longer works. It began flickering in and out then completely stopped functioning shortly thereafter.
My recommendation: Don't buy this unit until the reports of breakage go away.

I like the ease to use it. Works as advertised. Able to transition from one laptop to another when remote working and personal time. I like the amount of shared usb also. Wire management is the after effect of it lol but yes worth it
