Too Thin But Great Customer Service

I am not able to use this pillow. I love the concept. I am a side sleeper and my cpap has to be off my pillow at night. This was the perfect solution, but I also have a neck that requires a bit more support. Was unable to sleep through the whole night without my neck hurting. So sad! The customer service though was great. They allowed the return and wanted to know what they could improve on.

Just diagnosed with sleep apnea and using a full face mask. I'm a side sleeper and had a lot of trouble getting a good night's sleep with my regular pillow. The mask would push against the pillow and dislodge it. Looked at this one and decided to give it a try. Made a world of difference. The cutouts on each side of the pillow keeps the mask from pushing against my face and allows me to get a decent night's sleep. But there are a couple of things that need to be considered about this pillow. 1) It is VERY firm. If you want a soft pillow, stay away from this one. I like a firm one so this is not an issue for me. 2) It's not very thick. I like a thicker one so I just took an old pillow and placed it under the CPAP pillow. Raised it to a perfect height. As far as overall size, I'd have to say it's just right. Very happy with this CPAP pillow.

I was a little hesitant at first to order this pillow because it doesn't look like your standard pillow that I'm used to. I'm so glad I did though! I'm a stomach and side sleeper. I have to wear a full face CPAP mask cause I can't breathe out of my nose (deviated septum club). Having the cutouts that are in this pillow's design are great! Even on my stomach I can get the mask to not push into my face. The pillow is a medium firmness and it feels like it's good quality. If you're on the fence...just try it. Every dollar you spend to try to improve your sleep is so worth it!

As with most C-pap users with the full face mask, side sleeping is a pain because the pressure of my head on a normal pillow causes air leaks. I wake up with dry and sore eyes from the air shunting in my face all night or with a headache and day-long fatigue because the mask couldn't stop the apneas. This pillow fixes this from the first night. The cutouts on the sides allow it to provide good head support while giving the perfect spacing for the mask. As a life-long side sleeper, this pillow is a absolute life saver! The pillow itself is taking a little to get used to from my Tempur-pedic one, so my neck has been a little sore, but I'm only a couple of weeks in to using it and they give you 100 days to trial so I'm sure I'll get used to it. It IS comfortable though and we'll worth being able to breath!

So I've had the pillow for about a month and wanted to test it out before writing a review. Initial impression was it was soft and made of good material. The cutouts do help alot with side sleeping as it allows you to put your face on the pillow without disturbing the mask seal. However I found the overall pillow to be a bit....short in terms of height. I have to prop it up with another pillow to get the height right, and it still doesnt feel right. It really is good pillow and I use it every night, just wish it was higher. Also if you're used to sleeping with a king size pillow, get the king size one. I went with th standard size and wish I went bigger. Overall a great pillow, would recommend ðŸ‘ðŸ¼
