My daughter is very interested in airplane so I bought her this for Christmas. The assembly was really quick and the lights on it are very pretty and the music is cute too! It moves around the floor very nicely, and once it hits something it backs up and moves around it nicely, it's quite entertaining to watch!

Our son loves this realistic-looking airplane with cool sounds and lights. There is no volume control but the sounds are not loud. They can be switched off if the music becomes tiresome. I wish there were separate switches for the lights and sounds. The nose gear constantly rotates when the switch is on and therefore the plane does not roll in a straight line. The "bump" sensor worked only on the beginning and is now non-functional. If the plane runs into an obstacle it just gets stuck. My main concern is that the tips of the wings and stabilizers are VERY SHARPLY PEAKED. I noticed so even before buying the product. It a toddler is holding the plane and than it falls on him or her, these tips can seriously injure his or her eyes. I cut a small cube of styrofoam and inserted the tip of a wing or stabilizer onto it. I then secured it with masking tape. These fixtures look tacky but I can sleep better knowing our child is safer. Plus they have not come off after several weeks. I suggest the manufacturer makes 4 vertical stabilizers that can be snapped to each of these tips. The ones on the wings can add an even more realistic appearance to this modern plane.
Good Durability Except For The Power Switch

The plane itself has good durability. Sometimes the wings might come off because of crashing it into the ground or something, but they can be reattached. It has a cheap audio track but great for young kids. As a parent it does get annoying after a while, ha! It moves on the ground as it has one of those two-wheeled spinning things on the bottom. And a lot of lights!
The downside to this toy is the durability of the power switch. I've only owned it for a few months and now the power switch has to be put into a specific slider position and sometimes even pushed on to get the plane to receive power. I will have to get it a replacement, sturdier switch at some point. Otherwise it's a good product.
