A Must-Have for Outdoor Enthusiasts! Superbly Cleans My SUV Post-Camping Trips!
Tech Insider✓ Verified Purchase•September 5, 2023
I'm the type of person who loves the great outdoors, and with that comes mud, dust, and all kinds of debris that end up sticking to my SUV during my frequent camping adventures. Prior to purchasing the Westinghouse Electric Pressure Washer, I tried all sorts of methods to get my vehicle back to its pristine condition but always ended up disappointed. All of that changed with this pressure washer!
- Unboxing & Setup
Right off the bat, the unboxing and setup were a breeze. The instructions were clear, and within 15 minutes, the unit was up and running. The build quality feels robust, assuring me of its durability for long-term use.
- Features & Functions
I was blown away by how small this device is. Multiple nozzle options allow me to tailor the water pressure based on how dirty my SUV is. The soap dispenser is a fantastic addition, making it easy to apply detergent evenly over the vehicle before I start with the high-pressure wash.
- Performance on My SUV
The Westinghouse Electric Pressure Washer did an impeccable job on my SUV, which was covered in layers of mud and dirt from a recent camping trip. A few passes, and it looked as if my SUV had just rolled off the dealership lot. The high-pressure settings efficiently remove stubborn dirt, while the lower settings are excellent for a more delicate wash around windows and mirrors. The washer easily covers the larger surface areas of the SUV, making it quick and straightforward to get the job done.
- Eco-friendly
I also appreciate that this pressure washer is eco-friendly, using less water compared to traditional methods. It's an added bonus that makes me feel better about my environmental footprint.
- Conclusion
Overall, the Westinghouse Electric Pressure Washer has made maintaining my SUV post-camping trips an absolute breeze. It's efficient and incredibly effective in removing all kinds of dirt. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone who finds joy in keeping their vehicles spotless. A worthy investment!

UNIT FAILED, BUT????? MANUFACTURER SHOULD MAKE A WARNING LABEL TO PLUG INTO A 20 AMP CIRCUIT
Zhuldyz T.✓ Verified Purchase•August 21, 2023
I used it briefly upon arrival and it seemed to run fine. Then 5 weeks later when I got to my project, it failed and no matter what I did it wouldn't run and was also throwing off my 15 AMP circuit breaker. So the window of return had closed. Amazon was gracious to take it back if I paid the $69 shipping. I gladly agreed. Then I thought before returning I should try another outlet, although it says run current is 13 AMPS (Start current draw is always higher), I plugged it into a 20 AMP circuit. It started just fine and ran flawless. Why the 4 Star, I seen also a lot of 1 stars? THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD HAVE A WARNING LABEL ZIP TIED TO THE HANDLE SAYING " BEFORE STARTING UNIT, RUN THE AIR OUT OF THE LINE AND PLUG IT INTO A 20 AMP CIRCUIT" SO THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T ASSUME THE MOTOR IS DEFECTIVE. Then there would be no 1 stars and complaints about unit failing.

Well packaged with each piece in a cardboard tray without a lot of plastic wrap to remove. There were a lot of pieces to assemble, but not with much difficulty. No tools are needed, but a small hammer to tap parts in place is helpful. The lower retainer for the spray gun, lance and turbo nozzle is a problem because Westinghouse failed to recognize the force of gravity. The part slides up from below, so it falls out when weight is placed on it. I had to drill a hole and add a set screw. There is one undocumented part, a lower bracket to allow the power cord to be wrapped on the side of the unit instead of just hanging it. I prefer to just coil the cord and hang it on the top bracket as shown in the instructions. The lower bracket does not show in the instruction, so you may feel you have an extra part. A nice touch is a plastic clip on the cord to hold the GFI plug when storing.
Earlier inexpensive electric pressure washers couldn't stand up to gas pressure washers, but they certainly do now. This one has all the power needed to quickly clean concrete driveways and sidewalks. Cleaning up the residue took much longer than the actual algae removal, in my case due to a lack of good drainage. All hose, lance and nozzle connections are of top quality and easy to assemble. The power wash hose is pretty stiff, but perhaps a little more durable than some for a cheap power washer. That said, care is needed to not kink it. The rubber grommet that secures the power cord to the unit's plastic case pulled out from tension on the cord.

Great power washer. Works like a charm. Just don't expect car wash volume of water.

I received this on Friday. Took about 10 min to assemble. The wheels are hidden under the bottom styrofoam in the box(hint). It took longer to find the wheels than to put it together.
On saturday, I decided to clean something. We have a kayak trip coming up - kayaks have not been used in 3 years and are stored under the deck. I filled the soap holder with Simple Green. Using the 15* tip, I commenced to clean the kayaks. These are plastic kayaks, nothing fancy.
No soap was used. Zero! More on soap usage later.
The machine ate the dirt and grime off of the kayaks easily. The clean stripe down the center of the green kayak took less than 10 sec at about 6" away.
We have 4 of these. About 15 min on each one, top and bottom and they were brite and shiny again!
Cold water - 45*F water out of the hose. No soap used again (my fault again!)
Ok, so then I decided to wash the jeep. I get some liquid soap, dilute 3 oz into a 20 oz soda bottle filled with water. When I opened the soap container, IT WAS FULL! Zero soap used!
So, after reading the manual some, I sort of learned that the soap only gets used when you use the soap tip! Low pressure, more water, but sudsy soapy water comes out! I soaped the Jeep with Simple Green (I don't recommend this!)
As soon as the soap ran mostly clear, I switched the tip to the 15* tip and washed the soap off.
Again, worked like a charm! No dirt on car after dry. kept want from 6" to 12" and it took the dirt right off. Even the wheels!
So, then I diluted about 3 oz of liquid wax in 20 oz of water and poured it in. The soap nozzle spread the wax nicely. I easily got the jeep covered with wax before it ran out.
Back to the 15* tip and rinsed the car from top down.
When dry, no missed spots, nice and clean and shiny.
So, After an hour on 4 Kayaks, 30 min each on 3 cars, I ran out of things to clean.
The machine works great. It does the job nicely. Don't expect the water volume you get at a car wash, 'cause you ain't gonna get it in an electric power washer! The pressure was adequate. I haven't tried to clean the wood deck yet, but that is coming. Not sure how it will do on wood, although the pressure was fine so I don't expect problems.
SOAP USAGE:
The machine only sucks the soap out of the holder when using the soap (black) tip. This was a surprise to me but it is kind of nice. Soap it down, switch tips, power wash it off! Novel idea. (auto car wash wink wink)
The motor runs just for a second after you let up on the handle. It pressurizes the hose then stops. As soon as the pressure is released, it jumps right into action.
The hose was adequate. Could be longer, but worked. I placed the unit at one corner of the car and was able to get all of the vehicle without it moving much.
The power cord was plenty long enough for me, I have an outlet on the outside of the house by the driveway.
It rolls nicely. The wheels are wide enough that it doesn't pull over. I was on a concrete driveway. Grass may be a bit different, but...
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit to friends. If you have $350, go get a gas powered unit. If you have $150, this is perfect.
It is smaller than I thought. The whole thing isn't 2 feet tall. The hose and cord are held on the unit, but the hose needs something to tame it a bit. I used velcro strips and all was good. It doesn't weigh much and has a nice handle on top to pick it up and carry. Over all I am satisfied with it.
The only wish I have is somewhere to store the tips. I will get a nylon bag and hang it from the handle.
The tips seem to be a standard size. I found the same type of tips at the local farm store and Menards, so you can get more or replacements easily.
Over all, I am satisfied and believe I made a good purchase. No idea on longevity, but satisfied for now.

This compact pressure washer is great for washing cars
Amazon Customer✓ Verified Purchase•July 12, 2023
This is a great little pressure washer for washing your car and light cleaning around the house. The wheels make it easy to roll and it's small enough to roll along with you as you do your cleaning. You can also carry it in your car easily. I had a Dewalt unit that lasted a year before it started smoking so I'm hoping this one lasts longer. I would recommend making sure the pressure washer is as far away from the gun as possible to avoid overspray. For less than $200, this is a great little affordable unit.
Now here are some things I recommend:
1. Get another hose that is flexible and at least 50 feet long. Flexilla or Uberflex would be my choices. The hose that comes with most electric pressure washers are too short and coil up like a spring which can be very frustrating.
2. Get a set of quick connects to make it easier to connect and disconnect your pressure hose and water hose.
3. Make sure you know the correct nozzle to use depending on the job you are doing. For example, use the 40 degree for car washing so you don't damage the paint.
Happy cleaning!
