It's actually a decent product and works quickly s all these other reviews saying it caught on fire or stuff like that didn't follow the instructions! You HAVE TO fully submerge the product in water BEFORE you PLUG IT IN !! & the unplug it before u pull it out of the water. My only downside to this product is the cord is short, like maybe 3 feet so if u don't have an outlet close to whatever u are trying to warm up, then u will need an extension cord

We bought this to use for our trailer hot tub and it doesn't trip the trailer's breaker. This is the fourth different one we have bought, and it's the only one that hasn't melted, caught on fire or just stopped working. We've left it plugged in overnight several times, and it heats, automatically stops heating when it reaches the desired temperature, and then kicks back on when it cools down too much. Very, VERY pleased. I also love that the thermometer is built in!!

I wanted to test this heater out and filled my bathtub with cold water. As cold as my faucet would go. I inserted the heater and then plugged it in and timed it to see how long it took to heat it to a comfortable temp. The tub was comfortably warm to the touch after about 20 min... granted that's alot more water than a 5 gallon bucket. I bought this to use to heat the water in my kids little pool and I'm very happy so far. Next is to see how long this heater lasts.
