Note: I modified this product. I have a tundra with the C type rail in the bed. The hardware that comes with this was too small for my project, so I ordered and used the heavier blocks and bolts. The modification was simply drilling the mounting holes to accommodate the larger fasteners.
The included collars are very well machined and mount accurately. The dimensions are well thought out and hold my 40 pound E mountain bikes securely.

This fork bracket is great. Very well made / machined. I'm using it with a 12x100 thru axel on a carbon fork and the machining is nice and smooth inside and out. It includes adaptors for every fork type I know of. Handle on my thru axel rotates 360 deg making it easy. I just screwed the bracket to a piece of wood and bolted the wood to my SUVs tracks. My neighbor did the same but attached the wood differently.

I needed a fork block for my new Specialized road bike that has a 12 x 100mm through axle front fork. This works great for that, and has adapters for multiple other sizes of through axle forks, as well as for a standard quick release fork. It came with mounting hardware and multiple extra sets of o-rings, which are used to hold the adapters into the main shell housing. Overall I'm happy with the choice.
