I purchased raspberry lemonade which was a delicious flavor with no lingering after taste that many products contain. More importantly, I have trouble falling asleep at night as I find I am unable to turn my brain off. For me, I found Nello Supercalm to be an easy and effective way to relax and anti-stress. The product comes in easy on the go packets so I mixed it with water and poured over ice. Amazing for right before bed. Very calming and high quality taste. It mixes super smooth no powder chunks at all. My stomach doesn't hurt or have any effects on it. The ingredients are 10/10 high quality. Definitely super easy on the go or right befor bed. The only issue is if you use it during the day it wears off after about 3 hours. 2 packs are recommend a day so time it based on wear off time
