Just moved into a new apartment and was in need of a good baking sheet/griddle since my last one didn't survive the move. The non-stick surface on this is great and the included liner is awesome for cookies. I've gotten a lot of use out of this and expect to be using it even more over the holidays.

I've recently begun doing a lot more food prep and baking. I ordered this bakeware set so that I'd be future-proofed for whatever recipes I take on. Namely I wanted a deep pan as well as the muffin pans, but it's so worthwhile to have the whole set. They also nest together really well for storage. Not a lot of surprises here, only noteworthy thing is that the cookie sheet did flex under heat. It did return to its normal shape when it cooled down. I expect that will be an issue with the cookie sheet, not an unusual issue with cookie sheets in my experience. Its probably due to the gauge of the metal, however, it's not a noticeable issue with the deep dishes or the muffin pan. All and all, I'd say for the versatility of the set, it's decent for the price.

This griddle heats a bit unevenly. My burners are different sizes but the griddle is not thick enough to help distribute the heat well. The handles also get hotter than I feel like they should. It's better than using two skillets though, and I like how much I can cook at one time. So probably worth it, but there's room for improvement.

The cooking surface has a few imperfections - like marble sized dents, but it doesn't seem to affect performance. The nonstick surface has an interesting look, beige and blue speckle. Bottom surface is flat, so it doesn't rock on my gas cook surfaces. Wash before using "” this is the only pan I've ever received that looked dirty when it arrived. I appreciate the thorough instructions that came with it.

This griddle is an attractive and well-constructed addition to your kitchen. I first used it on my ceramic stovetop to cook up pancakes for the kids. It took longer to preheat than I expected, but once it was heated, it worked well. The non-stick surface is amazing! It is easy to use, and easy to wash. The handles insulated sufficiently against the heat that I could move the griddle briefly if needed. And the aluminum (rather than cast iron) construction makes it very easy to handle.

I was originally hoping to use this griddle on a gas grill or open flame. In fact, this product shows up as a "sponsored" product when I search Amazon for "griddle for gas grill." But, alas, the instructions included with the product explicitly say not to use it on a gas or charcoal grill or over open flame (other than stovetop gas burners). I am still tempted to try it at some point; the risks, of course, are discoloring (from flames), warping (from uneven heat distribution), or damaging the non-stick surface (from too high of heat for too long).

Overall, although it it not designed for what I intended to use it for, this is a great product that does what it was designed to do very well.
