This works really well in helping to deep condition my hair. It's comfortable on and you can feel the warmth while wearing it. My hair definitely feels and looks more deeply conditioned when I use it. I like that it's not just meant for heavy conditioners either, as someone with fine hair I have to be careful to not overcondition and this is perfect for that because it helps lighter conditioners to more deeply penetrate. I like the timer and the choice of heat settings, I can just set it and not have to worry about it. If you do have a larger head and/or a lot of hair this might be slightly small, but for me it is very comfortable.

I'm using this to seal in moisture while conditioning my wavy, non-porous, course,2b hair. I've only used it once but imagine it will be better if I do it twice a week. Cap gets warm quickly, and the high setting is not unbearable. I use it for about 20-25 minutes and was happy with the results.
