Fun Yard Game

I saw this and thought it would be a fun game to add to our summer yard activities since we do have golfers in the family. The play mat is quite large and as you can see from the photos, the plastic Velcro golf balls stick even when it's hanging straight up and down. You get four sets of four different colored balls so you can make all sorts of teams out of it. They include a dry erase score card and pen which is a nice addition and also a heavy weighted pad for teeing off from. There is an issue which led me to take a star off of my review. This is a rather expensive yard toy, and they don't include any golf clubs specifically designed for the game and as such you need to use your real ones. I just don't think that these plastic balls are going to hold up well to metal clubs, especially when kids start to take their turns. Overall, I would say that this is a fun yard toy but at this price point it is one that you will want to think about before purchasing. With that said, if you do end up getting it, I think you will enjoy it.

This is awesome! Golf balls stick to the "˜course' and the material is durable. I do wish they offered more golf balls as you can lose them or get stolen by the dog.

Perfect for practicing chipping and spin if you use normal balls. Even better for a proper back yard golf drinking game as is. Comes with everything you need to set it up quickly. Stakes keep the target mat down and the mat to hit off of is nice and thick so you shouldnt have problems setting it up unless you have some strong grass and no concrete pad or deck. Scoreboard makes it all the easier to track who's where while your drinking and it all fits nicely inside a carrying bag.

I have not played it yet so I will update later if needed. Out of the box it looks very nice. If you don't have clubs hit up some yard sales. You'll find a bunch, I did. The only thing right now I will say it needs is a little instruction paper with all the various game options you can play or a basic set of rules. Also how far away mat should be from chipping pad. It looks like it's gonna be a fun game and packed with bags to keep it in.

This is a nice indoor mat that I suppose could be used outside as well. I feel the graphics are much more suited for a child than an adult but that doesn't bother me. I will say it's thinner than I anticipated though. So far it's holding up well and seems like it's good quality however I'm not to sold on the fact it will last in the long run. I would say for the price it's probably something I'd recommend getting to improve.
