Good product, but missing parts

I'm giving this 5 stars because it's a very good product and works well. I used it in my kitchen earlier to clean my stove and the edge of my sink where gunk tends to build up and it did a wonderful job both times. HOWEVER, it arrived in the retail box, no outer cardboard box, and was not taped closed so everything could have fallen out in transit. I was actually missing the measuring cup it's supposed to come with, but out of all the things it could be missing I suppose that's the best because the instruction booklet tells you how much water to use and you can just use a regular measuring cup.
Why did I wait so long to buy this?

This thing is affordable, waaay less scrubbing, it's freaking amazing! I really don't know why i slept on this for so long, but this is definitely one of the best things that I've ever bought and I don't regret purchasing.
I hate cleaning my kitchen cabinets. Usually it would take me about 5-minutes just to scrub 1-cabinet door, (especially the ones by the stove). By the time I get to the second cabinet door, I'm done and over that 💩!
I'll throw in the towel and move onto something else lol.
Now, it literally takes me a minute and a half to clean two cabinet doors!!
I never noticed how much grease pops everywhere, and not to mention the fur that sticks to it (cringe).
I absolutely LOVE this little machine!

Since the house is clean, our cars are next on the list!😅

This did a great job melting the dirt out of my grout. Much less scrubbing involved when you have this machine. I wish the grout tool was a little more durable. I'll have to buy a replacement soon.

I bought this little steamer for helping me detail my own truck. Even though it has a small reservoir for water it works perfect for what I needed. My truck was not very dirty as I try to clean it regularly, but this cut through any dirt that was in its way. If you have small cleaning projects around the house it works great for that too. I have been using it on every surface that is safe to steam and it has been great.
