I was very leary about getting this because the water was not heated. I was pleasantly surprised, it is very comfortable without being heated. I love the fact that it is self cleaning and the water pressure can be adjusted to your comfort level. This was a great buy and easy to install. Just make sure you use the Teflon tape and make sure to line the threads up before tightening which I did not do which caused it to leak. Once I realized the error of my ways, installation was a snap. I would highly recommend this bidet.

This unit comes very well packaged and sealed. It is extremely lightweight and has minimal parts. The base that attaches to the top of the toilet bowl, beneath the seat attachment, has a positive locking mechanism to firmly secure the unit to your toilet and it can be unlocked to remove it for cleaning without disassembling your toilet seat situation all over again.

My package did not contain the washer that instructions state should be included, but those are very inexpensive and readily available at my local hardware store so I'm not concerned with that. You may also wish to pick up an additional roll of Teflon tape for sealing all of the connections, depending on your skill with applying said tape and potentially running part of it before you're able to get everything assembled. Just a heads up there. Teflon tape is also very inexpensive and easy to get so I'm also not concerned with that.

The button operation is really easy to operate. Buttons depress and release with little force needed. The dial is easy for me to operate as well, but if you have a disability or condition that very negatively affects your finger dexterity and/or grip capacity you may wish to consider a different style of unit.

The instructions for installing are very straight forward if you have any experience assembling things. Even if this is your first time assembling or installing something like this, there are pictures included with the numbered, written instructions to make them easy to follow.

August 26, 2023 - Setup was pretty simple. It is important to remember the three-way fitting attaches to the underside of the tank not to the stop at the wall. Place the included large rubber gasket tapered side up into the big fitting which attaches to the underside of the tank. Use the included plumber's tape on any male threads. Take it slow and be careful to avoid cross threading connections.

No leaks so far and the water flow is on point and adjustable. Cold water only. Simple operation - one button for tushi, second button does tushi and a bit forward. Back button stops them all or if you hold it down it performs self-cleaning. Knob adjusts the water flow rate.

I will update if there are any issues.

I would rate it a perfect 5 out of 5, and the installation took about 20mins. However, it could have been quicker if my toilet suite had more space available for the water inlet valve. I must say, though, the bidet is fantastic!
