I bought this product to use in a carnivore pizza crust recipe. I haven't used it yet, but there is no way it could be worse than the cauliflower crust I tried last week. I found the recipe online (Chris cooks Nashville), and I watched as he was able to actually pick up a piece of meat laden pizza, and eat it like a regular thin crust pizza...there was even some crunch when he bit into it. That's good enough for me. If this is as good as it looks, I'll be buying a lot more!

Like that it mixes up better than whole egg powder. I use it for egg white omelets. Unlike with dehydrated whole eggs you can't really taste a difference between fresh egg whites and these. They cook up similar also.
