This timer was EXACTLY what i wanted. It has 2 outlets - multiple options for how long you'd like your timer to run. Turns on when at dusk, which is exactly when i want all my outdoor décor to turn on! And then i don't have to worry about it again. 4 hours later, it turns off and i can rest assured knowing i don't have to run outside to shut off all the lights.

.....works as described. Wasn't sure at first, because you do have to have it in some kind of dusk or darkness to set it up. So, for those who say it doesn't work, it's probably because you're trying to set it up in the bright light. I made that mistake. I went in my bathroom and turned the light off and set it up. Worked perfectly! Definitely glad I got it. Now I have Christmas lights from dusk to dawn!

We're happy for it! It replaced a manual outdoor timer that also did a fair job...but the occasional-use remote is a nice additional feature.
Current price is $14, but I've watched it dip to $12 a few times, if that helps anyone.
Since my environment its being used in is far from extreme, we expect this to last many trouble-free years...and very well could perform the very same way in direct extremes.
