These arrived in a shrink wrapped tamper sealed amber bottle with an expiration date on the bottom that was very hard to see "” it was either 10 or 11/2025.
Once opened the inside box had a secure tamper seal.
A manual count found 101 capsules (where 100 were claimed).
These capsules are firmer than some I've seen in this type, and I like that, sometimes the thinner types are more prone to get sticky & sometimes the thinner types get stuck when swallowing.
These were easy to take, no apparent taste going down, and no aftertaste we noticed after taking them.
These are a great option if you are in the market for Vitamin E 400IU.
